Once a year Whitby's art gallery has a special opportunity to showcase the diverse creative energies of Station Gallery's membership. This year's theme is FRESH and artists are encouraged to submit their works of art for this unique and diverse art exhibition.

Artists - get inspired for a new approach to your working method, stimulate a plein air painting trip into nature or explore your fresh ideas. Submissions are now being accepted for Station Gallery's FRESH: annual members juried art exhibition until November 15, 2008.

This juried art exhibition is open to artists of all ages with categories including Children (6 - 12 **All children's artwork submitted will be exhibited**), Youth (13 - 17) & Adult (18+). Awards will be presented to the top three artists in each category as well as the Irwin Family Award for Best in Show.

Submissions accepted from October 1 - November 15, 2008. All media accepted but not limited to: painting, drawing, photography, collage, printmaking, digital art, illustration and sculpture. Eligible artists must hold a valid Station Gallery Membership at the time of entry, one entry per artist (Memberships can be purchased at the time of artwork submission). Artwork submissions must be exhibition ready - and submitted in person to Station Gallery (1450 Henry Street, Whitby) no later than 4 PM Saturday November 15, 2008.
