EXHIBITION: Loree Ovens at the World Washi Sumit (June & July dates)

I first saw Loree’s work at the OCAD grad show and was really taken by the fine lines and whimsical imagery in her copper etchings on paper. She will be participating in the upcoming World Washi Summit where you can see her work at two venues:

1. At the Rebecca Gallery 317 Grace Street (at Harbord St.)
in a show called Women's Work. This show runs June 7 - July 19, 2008. The reception is Saturday, June 7 from 2 - 5 pm.

2. At Proof Studio 55 Mill Street, Case Goods Warehouse, Building #74
in a show called Gallery No Border: USA & Canadian Artists Exhibition, which will be up June 4 - 15, 2008.
