Happy spring all...is it spring?

I'm not sure officially- but seeing some life in the ground certainly lifts my spirits.

Speaking of 'spirits'... anyone want to share a drink, refreshing bevie, or some sort of liquid concoction they swear by?...
Doesn't need to be alcoholic...maybe something to keep the sleep from grabbing hold, or just something simple to wet the whistle.

I know I like to sip an 'adult refreshment' while I create
...and here's a drink I like to call 'Orange Rush'

Orange Rush recipe

1 oz BacardiĀ® orange rum
1/2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cranberry juice

Blend ingredients with ice. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with a slice of orange.

Whats your fave drink?
Now back to the studio...

Dave Dave Dave...drinking at noon? That's awesome! Spring does have a lifting quality about it! The sunshine makes me happy! So "drinks" is the topic is it. Well me I'm a simple girl when it comes to drinks you know Jack and Ginger or Gin'n'Tonic Vodka Tonic you know simple.
But on the non alcohol side of things I love fresh juice from my juicer. My favorite is carrot apple ginger again simple but so good.
6 carrots 2 apples and an inch or two of fresh ginger wash and or peel press thru the juicer stir and add a squeeze of lemon and drink. Yum! it's a good "Hello! It's morning!" drink. I like a lot of ginger in my juice but it may be too strong if you're not used to it so just use less. It's really good I hope you try it!

I'd like to meet the person that started the whole not before noon thing.

If you don't have to go anywhere, and just want to settle down and do whatever-- go for it. Hey its noon somewhere in the world. lol

Anyways I will try that drink--many times I do need a 'hello its morning' push,

By the way I read in NOW last week that Portishead is coming out with a new album. and we just talked about them at the Gladstone.

Now I have to get ready for a art thing at the Whippersnapper gallery... painting for 24 hours..

some cool gimmick thing that will showcase visual artists , installation artists.. doing stuff str8 thru from Thursday at 7pm til Friday ending at 7pm.

I'm gonna need a red bull or something.

come by if you are up at 3 am and bored!

That sounds awesome! I would love to paint for 24 hrs. If I'm up and bored at 3 am I just might swing by and see what you're up to! If I don't see you have fun!
