Bizstart is a 48 week program for aspiring young entrepreneurs. We provide a stipend of $280 per week and an intensive program with workshops on Business Planning, Marketing, Sales, Life skills and Financial Planning over the course of 11 months. We help youth find funding for their enterprises before the end of the program & link them with mentors in their field to ensure success. There are 20 spaces available in total.
This project is funded by HRSDC. The Application Deadline is Dec 7, 2007. For more information contact ybc@yes.on.ca.
