HELP WANTED: live/work studio sought

Does anyone know of a space for TCA reader Sandra and her boys?:

I am looking for new digs to live/work with my 2 teenage sons (ages 13& 15). Preferably a studio space in the Queen West or thereabouts area where the boys have a bit of privacy but I can also have clients come see and buy my handbags and t-shirts in between craft shows. I'm not sure if this is possible in Toronto but I can't pay more than what I'm paying now which is under $1300.
