READER REQUEST: studio space

A note from TCA reader Lola:

The building that I currently have my glassworking studio in is for sale, and rather than wait for the sky to fall, I am on the hunt for new digs!

I would prefer a ground floor space with outdoor access, whether that be a fire escape, alleyway, or whatever. Minimum space required is 400 square feet, and should be located in downtown Toronto, preferably in the east end. Shared space or space with elevator access is a possible consideration as well. Please let me know if you have any information on space that may accommodate my needs!
