i walked by this place a few days ago and it looked like it was ready to go - no "opening soon" sign, so maybe it's open already? there was a sign saying they were looking for arts & crafts on consignment. (however i wasn't sure if you had heard about it or posted about it)
They're open! I went in there the other day and consigned a few things.. it's a very nice little shop.
