bookhou on apartment therapy
Do you ever have fantasies about what your favourite maker's pad looks like? I always enjoy getting a peek into creative people's homes through magazines and blogs, and of course an actual visit is most satisfying in experiencing the translation of asthetic from craft objects to living space.
A little while ago I posted about Oorbee Roy (of Om Home)'s beautiful space, and now I have another to share: John Booth and Arounna Khounnoraj of Bookhou Design, as profiled by BC blogger Jan (of Poppytalk) on Apartment Therapy SF.
Both John and Arounna's work is so simple, organic & modern, and I think that this is reflected in their loft. I love how their work (especially John's furniture in the pictures provided) warms up the industrial space, and I really enjoy the sweet vintage and local designer accents.

Wow. Their place is so inspirational! Everything is so well-chosen. How I wish I could pare things down to this level of wonderful simplicity... Well done!!
