scissor sharpening opp!
A message from Studio Opal:
Hello Toronto Craft Alert!
I thought your readers might want to know that Studio Opal is having a scissor sharpener come in next Tuesday and we’re inviting anyone who needs their shears honed come by. Drop in between 4 and 5 on Tuesday June 27th, bring your scissors and $10 (for each pair), and Sun Kee Scissors and Sharpening will get those blades ready for your summer projects. If you can’t make it on the day, you can drop them off and we’ll take care of it for you for an extra $5.

I got my scissors sharpened at Neveren's on Queen just west of Spadina for $4. You have to leave them for a day or two, though.
