Sounds fun... I'll be visiting Toronto the week after this. Can anyone recommend the best fabric stores to visit?

m&c: if i get time i'll put together an "ask crafty" that includes this question to readers.

some suggestions:

-the fabric strip (queen west between spadina and not-quite bathurst)
-designer fabric outlet at queen and brock (west of dufferin) #1360
-the sunday antique market at st. lawrence market for vintage finds
-i've never been, but heard fabric hound at 1010 queen east has some pretty stuff (antique linens and the like)

We will be pulling everyone around in the Sew Be It little red wagon (just joking, but how cute would that be?!).

The $25 icludes the tour and possibly a special beverage at the end of the day.

We will be meeting at a destination on Queen St. and heading from there on foot. The tour is all walking (so, its not as city wide as we'd hoped). If you want to join us be sure to wear comfortable shoes and if it rains, bring an umbrella.

Thanks!
