Toronto, ON - The BEST of 2008 exhibition brings together the work of the award winners from the 2008 Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition (TOAE), representing some of the most exciting work being produced today in contemporary fine art and craft. Forty-five artists will show their latest work at the FCP Gallery from January 12 - February 20, 2009.

Out of more than 500 exhibitors in 2008, TOAE judges selected 45 artists to receive over $35,000 in awards donated by individual and corporate sponsors. For a full list of award winners and donors, please visit our website at www.torontooutdoorart.org.

The 48th Annual Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition will take place July 10, 11, and 12, 2009 on Nathan Phillips Square at Toronto City Hall.

The Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition is a charitable, non-profit organization supported by a group of volunteers active in the art and corporate communities. The exhibition is financed through registration fees, corporate sponsors and individual donors, enabling TOAE to charge one of the lowest registration fees in North America. No percentage of the artists' sales is taken by the organizers.

TOAE gratefully acknowledges the support of the many sponsors and award donors that made the 2008 exhibition a great success!
