SUPPLY YOUR HABIT: free fabric scraps!

This offer for FREE fabric scraps came through from Laura-Jean the Knitting Queen:

scraps

Attention Quilters! Free great scraps!!!

I have 2 huge bags of cute printed cotton scraps to give away! Check out my website to get an idea of the types of fabrics we use www.freshbakedgoods.com. Lots of fun and funky flowers, birds, butterflies, owls, sushi and all kinds of other fun prints.

Please come and take them! You gotta take at least a whole bag though, because I really need them out of my studio so I can move around. We're in Parkdale, on Brock Ave. about a block south of Dundas. Please email me at knittingqueen@rogers.com to arrnage pick up.

Thanks so much!

Laura-Jean

i collected on these scraps and they were so integrated that i just took everything so i could go through them for pieces i could use. given the amount of fabric that laura-jean generously gave away, i was probably only able to keep a sixth of it. a sixth max.

but wait, there more.

i've been thinking about doing a supply swap for a long time and it turns out karyn at the workroom has, too. so we got to talking and set a date for next weekend to have one. all the leftover scraps (bags full) will be there for the taking.

and of course, you ca do your own destaching, too.
