Drawing and Painting $120+GST

Explore different techniques and mediums while learning the formal
elements of drawing (pencil, charcoal, pastel) and Painting (watercolour,
acrylic). Through utilizing line, form, colour, texture, shape and
composition students will work from real and imaginative sources
expressing their individual perceptions, ideas and feelings.

Sculpture $125+GST Tuesdays: Ages 7-10 @ 4:30-6:00
Session 1 (Jan. 15, 22, 29, Feb. 7, 14, 21 )
Session 2 ( Mar. 6, 13, 20, 27, Apr. 1, 8 )
Explore creating in 3-dimensions. Learn skills of organization and
arrangement, as well as an understanding of spatial qualities. Make
sculptures using clay, papier-mâché and mixed media. This class is
designed for students to give form to their imaginations.

Little Hands Art Classes $120+GST
Mondays: Ages 4-5 @ 10:00-11:30 or 1:00-2:30,

Explore, learn and create in a wide variety of art mediums appropriate for
young fingers and minds. Some projects that we will approach are
finger-painting, colour mixing, texture and stamping, fun with felt, faux
stained glass and more!

Lions, Tigers and Hares $120+GST
Wednesdays: Ages 7-10 @ 4:30-6:00,

Session 2 (Mar. 5, 12, 19, 26 Apr. 2, 9, )
Animals, animals, animals! This is a mixed media collage and sculpture
class that uses animals as a departure point for creative projects.
Students will explore different art mediums, and techniques while working
in 2 and 3 dimensions.

Explorations of Art Mediums $120+GST
Thursdays: Ages 11-14 @ 4:30-6:00,
Session 1 ( Jan. 17, 24, 31, Feb. 7, 14, 21 )
Session 2 ( Mar. 6, 13, 20, 27, Apr. 3, 10 )
This class gives students the opportunity to explore the possibilities of
different art mediums and their potentials for personal expression. This
course will be divided into four sections: Drawing, Painting, Printmaking,
and Sculpture.

Paper Arts: 2D to 3D $120+GST
Fridays: Ages 7-10 @ 4:30-6:00,
Session 1 ( Jan. 18, 25, Feb. 8, 15, 22 )
Session 2 ( Mar. 7, 14, 21, 28, Apr. 1, 4, 11 )
Learn about paper and it’s potentials through fun paper based projects.
Make hand made recycled paper. Create a mobile out of your own unique
marbled paper. Think in terms of negative and positive space through
relief printmaking. Learn about colour and composition while creating a
collage. Create a papier-mâché sculpture.
