CRAFTIVISM: the story of stuff

Have you guys seen this movie? I think it does a really great job of explaining the cycle of production and consumption and the damage done along the way (and how we got here). I just about cried when she said that 99% of the stuff that is produced gobally remains in use six months down the line (the rest is trashed). Watch it and share your thoughts here. I am especially interested in ideas of how craft contributes to this nasty cycle, and how it helps us break out.
